What is Post Construction Cleaning?
Post-construction cleaning is a specialised, multi-phase deep cleaning process performed after any building, renovation, or fit-out work is complete. It goes far beyond standard domestic cleaning — addressing cement dust, silica particles, paint splatter, adhesive residue, and construction debris that standard cleaning equipment cannot handle.
Construction dust is not ordinary dust. Fine silica particles from cement grinding, drywall cutting, and tile work penetrate surfaces, damage equipment, and pose genuine respiratory health risks if not professionally removed before occupancy.

All construction waste, packaging, off-cuts, and rubble cleared from the premises.
Captures 99.97% of fine particles including silica dust invisible to the naked eye.
All cement splatter, plaster residue, and grout haze scrubbed from tiles and floors.
Paint drips on floors, fixtures, glass, and skirtings removed with appropriate solvents.
All glass surfaces polished to remove silica haze and construction film.
WHO-approved disinfectant applied to all surfaces before occupancy.
All taps, sockets, switches, handles, and fittings wiped and polished.
Coordination of construction waste bags and removal on request.
Our 5-Phase Process
Rough Clean
Removal of all large debris, packaging, and construction waste using heavy-duty equipment.
HEPA Vacuum Pass
Industrial HEPA vacuuming of all walls, ceilings, skirtings, and floor surfaces top-to-bottom.
Surface Scrubbing
Cement splatter, paint drips, tile grout haze, and adhesive residue removed using appropriate chemical solvents per surface type.
Glass & Window Polish
All glass surfaces treated to eliminate silica haze and construction film.
Final Sanitisation & Sign-Off
Full disinfection of all surfaces, pre-departure walkthrough with client, written completion report.
