- Provide clear, safe access to all work areas on service day
- Remove or secure fragile and high-value items beforehand
- Keep children and pets away from work areas during service
- Follow the fumigation prep checklist where applicable
- Ensure working water supply and electricity are available

Our liability for damage caused directly by our team is limited to the reasonable cost of repair or replacement, up to the value of the service provided. We are not liable for pre-existing damage or items of undisclosed exceptional value.
