- Biohazardous material — blood, bodily fluids, clinical or medical waste
- Active construction sites — works must be fully complete before we begin
- Severe active infestations — requires fumigation treatment first
- Structural hazards — unstable floors, ceilings, or unsafe access
- No water or electricity — both required for all services
